We can request date changes on existing bookings. Whether the change is permitted, and any fees, depend on the airline's fare rules — confirmed in writing before action.
Seat selection requests
Where the airline allows it, we can request specific seats. Availability and any fees are determined by the operating airline.
Baggage allowance requests
We can request additional baggage to be added to a booking, subject to the carrier's published fees and conditions.
Name correction requests
We can request minor name corrections via the airline. Major changes may not be possible — full rules are explained before any request is submitted.
